Phones always engaged... Emails ignored

I ordered on 27th July. They sent an email on 28th August to apologize for the delay, and said that my order would be dealt with as a priority, and would be printed within the next 7 working days.
I contacted Groupon on 20th September and was assured that I would be contacted by You Frame in 3-5 working days.
As it's now 47 working days since I placed my order, I wonder if I will ever see my order.
By the way, this was a birthday present back in the middle of August, and I have another Groupon voucher for You Frame from 18th August, which of course I have held back from using for obvious reasons.
Needless to say I am not recommending this company to anyone.
