Several days ago I saw the. 24 charge and have not been able to contact anyone for any more than 3 minutes. I know the $24.00 charge is next. I will try to contact my bank. The best I can figure is that this is a call center somewhere in India. The noise on the line is so loud I can barely here them because the background noise is also unbearable.
