Don't order from them

This was the worst service I have ever received. I ordered the flowers on February 1st, to be delivered on February 14th to my girlfriends home in Calgary. Not only did she not ever receive the flowers, but a few days following, she received a notice in the mail to pick them up at another post office. When she picked them up, the flowers were half dead, and the ones that were alive were frayed and partially brown. I paid 15$ for the flowers to be hand delivered to her home, and 30$ for the flowers itself. I demanded a refund over the phone, and they simply sent me a email on February 20th informing me that another set of the same flowers would be delivered free of charge. I did not only not want her to get flowers again, but I wanted the 45$ to be deposited back into my account.

I do not recommend this company to anyone, if you choose to buy from Bloomex, they will most likely rip you off, or not give you the service you were expecting.

Make the right decision, choose a different flower company.
