Run the other way, fast! - cut flowers

I ordered flowers for my friend for the first year anniversary of her husband's death and it went downhill after that...
First they replaced the flowers I ordered with some other flowers (I know this happens and by itself it would not be so bad but all together, not fine) They were delivered a day late and when they were delivered they were all frozen. Talked to Bloomex about this, they expected my girlfriend to hang out at home (she works) so they could come and pick up the dead flowers and then they would decide if they needed replacing. I can't believe that they would expect my friend on the toughest of days to have to deal with yet more because they are incompetent. I will never order flowers from this so called company again.
