Some of items in baggage was mising even though baggage was locked

I am arrived at IGI international airport on 28th Dec 12 at 11:30am on flight China Southern airline flight - CZ -3027 & airline officials told me that my baggage was left in China (Guangzhou) & it will be courier to me after get received by them from china. From that day onwards i am doing regular followup for my baggage & on 9th Dec 12 airline official told me that they have received baggage from china & courier will be delivered at my door step. On 11th Dec 12 at around 06:00am instead of giving delivery at my home Courier boy told me to collect baggage from Balongi barrier, due to his truck n't have permit &told me to reach balongi barrier to collect baggage. I reached balongi barrier at around 06:30am, collected baggage given receiving to them & didn't got any counter receipt. On reaching home i opened baggage i found that most of the expensive articles was missing in baggage. I called up Southern China authority told me that weight of baggage was 29 kgs, so all the items are intact. I told his to check the x - ray fottage of all the three airports Sydney, Guangzhou & new delhi, so you will get clarity that where the articles was missing at airport or in courier. I think Southern Chna Airline was responsible for all myy missing articles & it is Souther China Airline Utmost priorty to satisfy its customers with providing missing articles. Name: Pankaj Kumar.
