Alaska Skywest Delta - Airline Fare

I booked a round trip 12636548 international flight from Sacramento thru LAX to Guangzhou China. This is the 3rd time I booked thru Cheapo Air. I had a employment emergency and needed to change my return flight date to come home earlier than planned. I spoke to Cheapo Air while I was in China with minimal support. I contacted China Southern Airlines and they gave me a 1 time change of return flight for the date I needed at no additions charge what so ever... They were excellent... But when I wanted to book the final leg of my flight from LAX to Sacramento with Alask, aka Skywest aka Delta I was charged a "one way" ticket price of 125.00 with no credit for the unused portion and they tried to charge me for checked baggage from LAX to Sac at 55.00, so i had words with them. My point is this when a Chinese company treats and American better than a American company, well that say something about customer service... With Alaska aka Skywest aka Delta I will stay away, as for CheapO air the jury is still out... What can you guys do to make me a happy customer I used your service 3 times now... Thank you for your consideration to my request.
