Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Have not received a Title from them for a vehicle that was purchased on Sept. 28

I purchased a 2006 Pontiac Montana from this dealership on Sept. 28th the temporary plates expired Nov. 28th and I have still have not received a Title from them for this vehicle. I have been in touch with them on numerous occasions concerning this problem. The van has been sitting in our garage since Nov. 28th because we do not have our Title and are unable to get our plates from the BMV in Indiana. I also found out that I will also have to pay an additional $ 21.00 for a late fee for not getting my plates within 30 days of purchase of vehicle (I ndiana only gives you 30 days compared to 60 days in Kentucky) They have failed on numerous occasions to return my phone calls, and when I have talked with someone they would always say you mean nobody has called back about this. This also the third week in a row that they told me they were over night mailing it to me, only to find out that was a lie also. I will be calling them again tommorow and will probably get lied to again, but I really don't know what to do about the whole situation. This has really has been a inconveniance for my wife and I, and Oxmoor Chrysler Dealership really doesn't seemed to be concerned about it. What really is crazy about it is, I wrote them a check and payed for this van (in full) the very night my wife and I drove it off the car lot that night. I am seriously thinking of contacting a lawyer because this can't be legal.
