Dealership Kept Financed Car and Left Me Without Transportation

On December 30 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata financed by Road Loan. When I visited the dealership they read my loan agreement and knew the loan was for a 2013. They informed me that they had contacted Road Loan and had permission to sell me the 2012. On January 8 I had to return to the dealership to sign loan papers. They kept the car because they said Road Loan said the car had to be a 2013. Oxmoor did not tell the truth when saying Road Loan accepted their agreement. My loan with Road Loan expired January 8 and Oxmoor Hyundai was well aware of this matter. They drove me to their other dealership, Oxmoor Chrysler, pretending to help resolve the matter, only to leave me in the cold with no transportation and no way home.
