Withdraws money from bank account based on using an emailed COUPON!

Today, we discovered a company called Reservation Rewards had been withdrawing $9 a month from our bank account for over 2 years for their services. When I did (finally) discover it, I contacted them to find out where we signed up for anything. I was told my husband had signed up for it when he used a coupon her had received via email from the 123 inkjets website.
Apparently, clicking the link, placing an order, using the coupon and confirming his email address somehow legally allowed Reservation Rewards to start taking money out of our account. Needless to say, I cancelled the service then and there.
When I received an email confirming the cancellation, I noticed they had been using an expired credit card for the account the last 7 months.
After I told my husband what had happened, he called them and pointed out to them that electronically taking money from an account using an expired card was bank fraud, and that he never knowingly signed up for the service in the first place!
To their credit, they agreed to refund ALL the money, and we received a confirmation of that shortly after.
The really sad thing is that the business concept of Reservation Rewards isn't all that bad, but their business practices are so questionable that I would never consider doing business with them!
