Ipoff horrible Experience with wonderful Associates... Horrible customer service throught the front end

At one of my many bad trips to kmart: I had argued with the cashier about a sale price on a shirt and got it for the right price... The cashier didn't greet me at all, never said anything until I mentioned that the shirt was on sale, she had to call ladies wear to check it.in the mean time her supervisor came over really snotty, and what seemed, prejudice, had said that she would have to go look at the sign, even after the ladies wear associate said it was on sale.

After standing around for quite a while, she came back and said that it had to be s-lg, not xs or xlg. (since when does the supervisor know more about the dept. Than the dept.'s manager???) I had to argue that fact until she cracked, the whole time looking down upon me as if I didn't matter.

Once I paid for it and left, I went home to try it on... I didn't like how it looked and decided to take it back&why, I don't know. As I walked through the doors, their 'door greeter' (who was the same color as the cashier and supervisor) snubbed me on the way in and was playing around with the cart attendent (also the same race). She preceeded to jump around and dance while other customers were entering the store, not saying anything until another African Amiercan walked in, which I have no problem with any race, however the people I encountered were very rude.

I approached the sevice desk as the associate (different race this time, but not any better than the others) was apparenting on a personal phone call, screaming at the other end and had 3 or 4 customers waiting on the other side which her back was facing.

Still on the phone she snatched the receipt out of my hand and started to scan the shirt. She got off of the phone for this* Held up the shirt and in front of many associates and customers had said "Where did you plan on wearing this, to the corner?!" Followed by a " Oh, I didn't know it was you, I thought you were a different customer" I was so pissed!!!

First their cashiers and door greeters treat you rude. Then a supervisor, but customer service??? How do these people get hired in??? I was treated like crap only to be ripped apart by the "customer service" worker... And this is my editted version of what all had happened!!!

Kmart SUX at hiring people... Maybe they should hire a new personel manager first...
