I made a purchase on there website in August but canceled a week later. I called there Finance Department and was told refund was up to 120 days.

I received my August bank statement in September and I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal made from my account. I sent them an email and got a reply saying to fax my bank statements to them. I did that and nothing happened.

I waited until December, sent them another email and got a reply to re-fax the bank statements. I did that and still nothing happened.

I again waited until January sent again another email asking where's my refund? I got a reply saying that they apologize, will look into this and will get back to me as soon as they have an answer.

I did not receive anything for two months. I even sent them copies of my bank statements by mail during the two months. Still no response.

In April I sent an email and got a reply saying that I have to go onto their website to post/ask my question (s). I did that and got this response:

Dear Terry,
We do not have any records of you, not even an application
Further more this company never did or probably never will
Have an account with Bank ONE

Our Account has always been and Citi Financial Corp.

And it goes on saying that if I want to mail what ever documents I have to the address listed. Then they posted their cancellation policy for review.???

I don't get it, there saying they don't have any records of me and yet they still post there cancellation policy on the email. What gives???

To this day, I still didn't receive any refund. I'm out $360.00. It doesn't seem a lot to most people, but for a single parent living from paycheck to paycheck that is a lot.
