So Incredibly Slow, Unclear Shipping Windows, Misleading Photos - Canvas printing

Don't waste your time with Printer Pix. They are the absolute slowest company online, and there's a reason for that — they do very little of the work themselves. The outsource the work to other companies, have the finished product shipped to them, THEN ship it to you. I purchased some mounted photos from them on 11/23, they still haven't even shipped and it's 12/20. They claim that the cutoff for delivery by Dec 24th was 11/19, but that was not a featured heading anywhere on the site at the time of purchase. Additionally, the photos they show of the mounted photos appear to be at least an inch deep. They do tell you the measurements, but the image is what sells you on the photo. After I purchased the photos I converted the measurements from mm to inches and they are maybe 1/4" thick — nothing like the photos they show. I should have known better, I have used other sites before and had quick turnaround times — just thought they looked like they would be good to deal with. Find a different site to order your prints.
