In May My children had photos taken at their school Kindergarten and fourth grade graduations. I purchased a number of photos and a large 10x13 frame for one of them. When Hicks brought the photos to the school, he brought BAD photos. My 10x13 was framed and mounted with a bad photo. Upon contacting him, he agreed to redo the photos. Several weeks had passed and I only got excuses. I contacted his wife and him a number of times and now thry are running with my money leaving me with photos that I can't use or hang. A good photographer wouldn't handle business with excuses and no service. He is a jerk and a very poor photographer. Never use him!!!
