Kodak picture kiosk printer and thermal pape

I have on numerous occasions contacted the technicians that work on the machines for assistance. The problem is that every new roll of thermal paper I put in the printer prints lines accross the photos. This morning I loaded the paper and I had to reprint about 200 photos for customers, because of the lines accross the photos. I have e-mailed them the photos to show them how bad it really is but everytime I am told to clean the printer. I have asked them when the rep is in this area to come and see me in order to explain and show the problem to him, maybe that would help to get their attention. Even though I requested this, the rep still has not shown his face.in FACT I HAVE NOT SEEN A REP FOR FOUR YEARS NOW. At the moment I am running at a loss because of the problem AND NO ONE SEEMS IN THE LEAST INTERESTED TO ASSIST ME!!! I would really appreciate it someone could contact me to help sove the problem.
