Weld County Sherriff Dept selectivily enforces the laws and does not provide equal protection under the law. - Law enforcement

They refuse to prosecute persons for treaspass and theft of livestock. Even though we installed signs as they said we should. There statement to us is that we should make a better fence - even though we have 5 wire high tensile electric fence. We witnessed unauthorized persons feeding the stock carrots through the fence and then grounding it out and lifting it so the llamas could get out. Then the sherriff tells us that we need to put up signs that say dont feed the animals - even though we have clearly installed signs No treaspassing - keep out signs - They will not prosecute anyone for treaspassing even if they access the back yarde through locked gates. They refuse to investigate or protect us from people who have stolen goats, llamas, and poultry. They also searched our property without a warrant - and did not seize or arrest anyone. Simply out of control officers retalating against us for complaining about their actions.
