We paid for a 6' scalloped fence and got a cheaper 6' solid fence & told to DEAL WITH IT!

Put half the cost down for a 6' scalloped privacy fence to be installed in our backyard and got a 6' solid fence installed instead - and not even installed in the correct location that we wanted it. If that wasn't bad enough we have found that the cement they used didn't take on all the poles thus making it unsturdy and the outside fence boards do not flow with the yard thus they slant in places. Every single person who looks at the fence makes a comment about how awful a job this company did.

When we notified Solid Fence Co they informed us, and the exact words used were, "Deal with it - you got what I decided to give you and where I decided to locate it! If you don't pay the remaining balance I will put a lien on your house." Now that is what I call unsatisfactory customer service and a reason to let everyone know not to do business with this company!

Let's not forget that no one from this company has even come out to inspect the fence once the install was completed. Also not once has this company even tried to make things right with us!
