Ripoff bought self closing gates from Montco Fence that never worked since they were installed

We bought "SELF-CLOSING" gates from Montco Fence, that have never closed since they installed them. We were told AFTER they installed them, that they are not meant for the type of fence that we bought from them?!
They have never made good on their ripoff, and the Better Business Bureau was useless.

Do not use Montco Fence, and pass it on to anyone you know that they suck.
