When I signed up for dish network the representive didn't, mention anything about a two year commintment. Then after one year I called them because they were cutting channels and it took the cake when the negotiations with the big ten was breaking down and that was one channel I needed to have. I called and cancelled service and ask to have all final bills sent to me instead of having billed to credit card. The representive said they would but they didn't they charged my credit card. So I have trying to get the bill for termination fee that was charged and all they do lie to me. I have talk to several reps and they all lie to you in that you will receive it in 7 to 10 days and still waiting and its been over a month now. What a bunch of dishonest people.
