Ripoff confusing customers for profit?

I have a secret with Dish Network. Call them several times about your bill and choose the lowest one. They often have different bill amounts every time you call.
I just called them to ask them about why I had to pay for local Alaska channels that I don't receive. I haven't been able to get the local channel signals ever since I got them a year ago. I couldn't get them for free unless I activate their services for a fee! And it turns out they are not free! I have been charged for the "free local channels" for a year! And I have let them know about this ever since I subscribed for them, that I wasn't getting the local channels. Today when I called them, they told me that I should have let them know about this a year ago so they could put credit on my account. I told them that I've always complained that I wasn't getting the Alaska local channels that they gave to me for free, which is a few dollars a month! So they gave me $5.00 credit and took the "free" channels off.

I didn't call them for just that. Two months ago I reactivated my services with the programs I've had before. When they came on, I didn't have the same programming. I called about that and I was charged $23.00 more to get the programs back. I am looking for a support group for Dish Network customers/victims so we can expose this confusing service that surprises us with hidden costs. Help!!!
