Package Marked Delivered But Left Outside Without Doorbell Ring

It's Christmas time, and while I realize all these companies are really busy, this is their job and they should do it right. I was home all day knowing my things would come. I looked online and it said delivered, and I hadn't received anything. I had to go outside and find it. I live in an apartment building, and needless to say, people steal, and certainly more so at this time of year. I have a doorbell, and the person did not ring it or even knock.

And the other day they delivered my fiance's package to the wrong address.
