Fedex is AWFUL

It's Christmas time and while I realize all these companies are really busy this is their job and they should do it right. I was home all day knowing my things would come, I looked online to see it said delivered and I hadn't received anything. I had to go outside and find it. I live in an apartment building needless to say people steal and certainly more so at this time of year. I have a doorbell even the person did not ring the doorbell nor did they knock.
AND the other day they delivered my fiance's package to the wrong address.
