I'll NEVER patronize Barnes & Noble again. I requested a guide online and many websites were clipped-out of it! I tried and attempted to get hold of W&D plus they offered mean automatic mail stating they'd not have the ability to tackle my problem as a result of high-volume of emails. Then I acquired another automatic mail that explained just how to start seeking a return. Our question needed individual support due to my distinctive problem and that I was ignored again and again by a remarkably cold, wrongly handled, and inadequately staffed organization!
