Charged for a book I did not orde

A guide was delivered to my house that used to do not purchase. I published about the bundle item not requested. I delivered the deal unopened towards the postoffice and shipped it back again to the organization. I'm being bill from the the organization to get a item not requested along with a item I don't have. There's no quantity about the bill that I will contact to clear this issue up.
