I ordered 2 eTextbooks and picked the up from Barnes & Noble's store on NSULA campus. One was the wrong book, and the other wouldn't activate at all. I went to the store to get a refund, but the cashier (who was a day-manager) didn't know how to refund for eTextbooks.
