Beware of Waste Management!

I really don't understand how this company can stay in business when they show no care what-so-ever about their personally paying residential customers, particularly after switching from weekly to bi-weekly pickup. Whenever they don't pickup, they make up bizarre excuses, and it happens a lot. One time, they didn't show for 3 weeks straight, but attempted to make an excuse anyway. I could go on and on about how many times they have denied service and made excuses, but suffice it to say that you can save yourself a lot of misery if you have any other option in your area. The service is so bad that the word "scam" is the best that I can come up with to describe it. I had no idea how bad they were on some of the other issues that I've read on this board, but none of it surprises me in the least.
