I received an email from OnlineProtection claiming that someone had complained about my company and offering to have the complaint removed. The complaint may or may not have been legitimate. My concern was that a third party was offering to nullify the purpose of THIS service as a clearinghouse for customer complaints. We value customer complaints as a gauge of how well our services, as we design them, translate into customer experiences.
