Our office manager brought to my attention a scam being run by the BBB!

We had several complaints from our clients on one of our direct alarm services, calls were not being processed by our central properly. Our clients had posted complaints on the BBB. Our office manager, Tim, responded to every client, offering a full money back guarantee and two free months of service... When Tim contacted the Cleveland BBB office, they offered to remove our clients complaints for $970.00!

SCAM SCAM! Luckily Tim came to see me before posting a check out to a person named Lou Tekavcic!

I called in personally and got transferred to a lady named Mrs. Devaty, she did not want to give me her first name! I told her about the $970... She said I was lucky to have such a low amount quoted! She must be involved in the scam! I checked the main BBB site, http://www.bbb.org/, at no place does it state that businesses have to pay to remove complaints! I contacted the Ohio Attorney Generals office and made a complaint... If anyone has the same issue, please do so as well! Www.ohioattorneygeneral. Gov
