Misleading advice, nasty people

This can be a caution to anybody who believes Verizon Wireless does business in good faith.

8 weeks ago, I needed to stop the support on my Verizon Hardware data stay. I contact customer support, they inform me it is likely to be $110 early termination charge. I claim, "wow, is there in any manner to prevent that?" They state, "certain, you are able to move the support to another person!" I say "okay, how do you do this?" They say "itis simple, you simply deliver the usb-stick for your buddy and inform him to contact 888-832-4540, we will place an email in your consideration and it's going to all be studied care of!" I say "excellent, " clean up the usb-stick and deliver it to my buddy, he calls 888-832-4540 and also the usb-stick begins operating under his range.

At the conclusion of the month, I obtain a statement for $60, the standard regular price for my information support. I claim, "oh well perhaps it requires them sometime to approach the termination." The following month, today I've a statement for $125, I-say, "uh-oh, anythingis wrong..." And so I contact Verizon Wireless again...

TODAY they state that when my buddy named he did not do anything he was designed to do to be able to move the support over. Evidently the very first person I spoke to managed to get sound METHOD simpler than it's and missed some essential actions. I say nicely Verizon offered me some fairly poor assistance 2 weeks before! Oh no no-no, says Verizon. The statement costs are legitimate despite the fact that they essentially lied in my experience about the telephone 8 weeks before. Today I owe them the $125 along with a $100 early termination charge. Therefore today easily would like to get from under Verizon it's going to charge me $225.

Better read your agreements carefully, people. Verizon Wireless may ask you for something they believe they are able to escape with.
