Unauthorized charges

I had ordered a trial basis acai berry which is for loosing weight. I had also ordered colon 700. They were both trial basis. There was a charge to my account for 3.95 and one for 4.95 plus another 1.00 for I cannot remember. Anyhow I ordered this online... I dont remember seeing anything that they will continue to charge you for 88.97 and 89.00 something for more bottles. And then they sign you for counseling which is called www.fit. Fac.com. I panicked I called my bank and told them that I have not authorized any of the extra charges. I will not accept this I refuse for them to take my money without my consent. I was fired from my job as is I still do not know if I can qualify for unemployment! I am a single mother of a four year old, and I do not get child support! This is a lot of bull crap!!! After I spoke to my bank they suggested that I call the numbers that appeared on the charges so I did. I screamed at them and demanded to reimburse me! I told them that I was going to call the better business bureau. They told me that they would refund me, but they are crooks... All I can do is hope that they return it. Who in the heck can afford to be bsd around. No one has money. I do not need stupid fraudaulant companies dicking around with the little money that I have.
