Thse fools took me for $3,500.00 to start, ecpecting $14,500.00 more today. They promised me a Grant for $700,000.00, Nevada

Business Solutions Firm contacted me by phone and claimed they could get me a grant of $700,000.00 to purchase the business my husband & I are running. They where very convincing. They even sent me web sites from Better Business of Las Vegas.
They stated the needed $9,000.00 to do all the paper work & to attain a grant for me. Since the company was going in my name (woman owned) it would be easy to obtain a grant of that size. But they needed $3,500.00 up front for the paper work.
So like a dummy and as much as I wanted to purchase our company I took the money from our personal account, put it into our Company account and they had a Fed-ex person pick up the company check.
The gentalman I talked to was John Finch, he had promised all this would only take 120 days from the day I sent the check (3-21-08) and the balance would be due when I got the grant. Now these fools have my business account information.
John said his part was done and he was turning me over to the company that writes the letter of intent & would right the proposal for me. That is where National Professional Filing came in.
Tom Whitemore told me he would do all the necessary paper work for $14,800.00. But he need it within 24 hours.
I tryed to get the money, the owner of the business was going to lend me the money but couldn't get it until 2 days later. I called Tom back and told him I needed an extension of 2 days. He agreed. Last night I happened to go on the Better business buerau web site and found the notice on National Professional Filings being a ripoff. I called my boss & told him this was all a scam.
Now I am out $3,500.00 and my pride is hurt from being scammed by such cons. I never thought I was that gulable. These people paint a pretty picture.
