Unauthorized charges

OK, here is my story. I found a website telling a story of how Helen Miller lost"47 lbs of stomach fat in just two months". According to "Helen" she purchased these two free sample products and achieved phenomenal weight loss: Elite Acai Blast & Colon XR cleanse. Well I bit, went to the links and ordered the products. Not only did I not receive the products I ordered, I had a charge of $82.31 on my debit card. The products that I received were Acai berry Detox and Natra Pure. The $82.31 was from the company with the Acai berry. They have assured me that the charges will be released back into my bank account, and that any further shipments have been canceled. The other company the lady on the phone argued with me for a half hour about canceling the product order. I hung up on her and called back later. The woman I spoke to said my order had in fact been canceled. The next day, I find another charge of $82.31 from a completely different company. I call them and they told me I was charged because I didn't cancel within the 15 day trial period. Well, I ordered on 6/27 and canceled on the 10th. That is 13 days. After arguing with her for 10 min she assured me that the charges would be released back into my account. What a nightmare!
