Never sent the trial bottle, i called 4 times, then i got 2 bottles on 2/7.2/8 they charged me twice for 79.95 on my credit card

On january 23 i ordered a trial bottle of acai berry from gns, inc. And also a bottle of colon cleanse. I got the confirmation email for colon cleanse but not the acai berry.
Both charges were on my credit card.
I got the trial of colon cleanse fine, but never received the acai berry.
I called 4 times for support on the acai berry and was told a supervisor would call me back, they never did.
Feb 7 i got 2 bottles of acai berry in the mail, on feb 8 i had 2 charges of 79.90 on my credit card for the bottles.
Even if i wanted to keep them only one charge should have been there. These people are a rip off and need to be shut down!
