Ripoff scam artist, frauder, his money back guarantee is fake, phoney business

After purchasing his product, I realized his information was nothing spectacular or special. It is feed-off information from other sources—in which he claims to be the author. I immediately told him his product had no use to me and wanted my money back. He didn't respond until after perstering him for a week. He claimed not one person ever asked for his or her money back, and, if I wanted my money back I would have to wait 90 days. I told him my opinion wouldn't change.

90 days lapsed, I requested my money. He does not respond. I've sent him invoices from paypal. He does not respond. I've filed a grievance against him via paypal as well—informing paypal to bar him from using the online payment services. Also, I noticed he changed his physical address to a DE address, and, he no longer has his telephone number listed. Why? Because the shameless coward is hiding. But, he is located in California.
