Ripoff Dishonest False Advertising Non Operational Item Runaround

Received Item on 10-15-04. Item not operational. Called Mr. Duga Jr. 10-16-04, stated he was busy. Called Mr. Duga Jr 10-17-04, stated he was busy. Called Mr Duga Jr. 10-18-04 stated he was busy. Called Mr Duga Jr. 10-19-04, no response but left a message. Waited 10-20-04 and 10-21-04. No response. 10-22-04 Contacted my credit card account holder (Discover) and requested for recredit back to my account. 10-23-04 contacted Paypal (Ebay) and reported fraud activity. Discover card and paypal are working this issue and remains an open item.

Mr Duga Jr. Alias business name is MSD Communication. He is selling items that are non operational and has unregistered himself from ebay. There are several (-) feedbacks left by other Ebay members with the same issues I have. He has false advertisement ads, which should be removed.

My situation is still an open item, this guy should be stopped from re registering again into EBay or elswhere using a different name and business title.
