Disputed charge on a 120-day money-back guarantee rejected

Internet & Web

BEWARE of PayPal.com. They usually do not respond to complaints about the merchants they do business with until your second or third attempt. Then, if your complaint is about a purchase over 30 days old, they tell you that you are out of luck.

For instance, I signed up with a company called theperfectmatrix.com (beware of this company too). They stated in their guarantee that they guarantee you will be making $1000 per week within 120 days, or 100% of your money back. It never happened. I emailed them several times for a refund, but never got a reply. I disputed the charge with PayPal.com, and they told me that it was more than 30 days, so nothing could be done. Why do they allow a merchant to make a claim like the 120 day guarantee if they will not honor it?

It is a scam, and I would not be surprised if they were in this deal together. The bottom line is that I believe both of these companies are greedy and should be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with either company, because they will take advantage of you eventually.

I will continue to post this message and others like it until everyone on the planet knows your game.
