Ebay - Paypal ripoff

I ordered a pendant off of ebay from this company on Sept. 22. I paid using Paypal on Sept. 24. I have not received the item and it is now Oct. 30.

I paid for insurance and didn't get a tracking #. Received multiple emails stating different shipping dates. I threatened to report them and after that I got no answers at all.

I reported them to ebay and on Paypal and was told that too much time has passed and basically I was on my own.
I doubt I will ever get my merchandise or my money but I want to warn everybody.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off. Make sure you do your homework and read feedback.
