Jenny Lee paid me a gift card for ebay action on sept 5. And file a Dispute on Oct 18 to paypal stated never got the card. I did send her the card on Sept 6 and email her the card and pin number on the same day. She never contact me or do a feedback. Call Paypal and they can't help me because I didn't have a tracking number. I find out she rip off a least 3 other ebay sellers with the same scam at the same week. Now she got out of Ebay all at once. She got our money and paypal helping her working the system. Is anyone out there got rip off from her?
