My wife upgraded this year at MTM Jacaranda Centrum Pretoria to a Nokia C5 phone. Their rule said before 7 days if you have problems with your phone you can change it. On the 7 th day her phone Lock screen and you couldn’t get it of lock screen. So we went back to the store and want a different phone and they told as sorry you have to take the same type of phone. We weren’t happy because I had a C3 Phone before and what a waste of money. She took the new phone the same type and last night she experiences the same problem. A few months later she can’t go and get a new one.

My problem is what the hell this crap phones is doing in our stores. My wife has to sit without a phone for the next year and 9 or more months paying for a phone that is not working. Neither I nor my wife never ever wants a touch screen phone.

I feel it is unfear to sell such phones to people and want a new different type of phone in place of that crap phone without extra costs.
