N97 Smartphone Faulty and Customer Service Unresponsive

Back in June Nokia mobile phones released a new n97 smartphone. They claim is the iphone killer. The n97 just kill himself. Nokiausa customer service. Always has a "no" for an answer. My experience can't be worst. I also had to send an e-mail 5 times to Nokia headquarters in Finland. To their C.E.O. Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo. This guy never had the decency. To at least forward my problem to a competent person in the united states. He just never answer my e-mail sent 5 times. Looks like this is their M.O. Modus operandi. They just sell to U.S. Customers faulty handset. And they charge $700 U.S. Dollars for their garbage! If you don't want to be ripped off. Do not go with Nokia. Ever!!
