I have Nokia c3 01 which has some problem with the earphone setting. From the very first day an interrupted outgoing voice problem. I have submitted my phone in Nokia care. They call me next day and deliver the message that phone is ok just come and collect. But when i reached there the problem still continues. They told that now they will sends it to the factory and i will get it back after one week. And again when they handed me the phone back it had the same problem and again told me to come back after one week. I just want to ask that whether Nokia people are not responsible to check the piece before sending them to market for sale. What is the need to buy from a trusted company and to rush to the nearest care center with your new phone. I think that services of Nokia are very pathetic! This is totally the company's fault that the new phone is not working properly but i have to pay for it!
