Court battle - I won!

I fought a one year battle with Nokia, because they refused to replace a cell phone "THEY" said, the phone was dropped in the ocean and not covered. The court realized the lie, because the defective parts were taken from another phone and photografted, only the "serial numbers" did not match. This is a common pratice I have been told, and the phones are "refurbished" using the good parts from many "not covered" units and sold as "opened box" units.

I beleive Nokia is having money problems and this is one way to screw their customers, many people would just accept a reason for denial and buy another phone.

Nokia is on the way ouy!!!
