Phone Shuts Off, Freezes at White Screen and Locks Up

Phone suddenly turns off and won't turn back on and when it does it just sits at the white screen for like 20 mins then turns off again. Phone locks up and have to reinsert the gsm card often. I made attempts to contact Nokia but Nokia wasn't very helpful. So I don't recommend this phone or buying a Nokia phone, customer service is not helpful.
