Phone suddenly turns off and wont turn back on and when it does it just sits at the white screen for like 20 mins then turns off again. Phone locks up and have to reincert the gsm card often. I made attempts to contact Nokia but Nokia wasn't very helpful. So I don't recommend this phone or buying a Nokia phone, customer service is not helpful.
