Terrible internet Service

We jave complained directly about poor internet conection and low bandwidth for uploads and down loads for 18 months. Telwest tries to has iit's our network. When we connect to an alternate T1 we get get uploads and downloads. They sent out techs who check the internet connection but the never download a fille of any size. They do not send out contract renewals and then changes conditions by making your renewal for 5 years. This company should go out of business. Do't ever consider them. If your stuck with them sue them. They have cost us clients.
