Tel West has terrible internet service!

We signed a contract with Tel West a year ago. For months we tried to get their service to work to our satisfaction, even hiring a third party. We were constantly on the phone with their repair department. The internet service was spotty, constantly dropping to low levels, and we had several outages. We finally had to switch back to our old provider, but Tel West will not let us out of our contract. They want an early termination fee of 100% of the monthly costs for 5 years!!! DO NOT do business with this company!
