Illing after moving into knew home - TIME WARNER CABLE

When I called to move service to knew home I was told by the woman that service fee to move was 19.99 I was billed 89.99 was told that my past due bill 80 had to be paid before I could proceed so I paid. I was told that I was able to get the promo 89.99 a month for tv inter. And phone... My first bill I recieved was $586.04 WHAT??? Looking at the bill I noticed I was being bill for Hustler and manhandle why would that just be added to my bill. (13.81) each??? They took that off my bill went from my bill went from 586. To 572. That don't add up. My knew bill is going to be 143. But my PARTIAL month charges are $178.85 I would like to know who is doing the adding? I was billed 305. For past due balance from my old address. Only owed 80 (maybe a dollor or two) witch I was made to paid before they would proceed with the service transfer they say past due amount of 305.??
