Bad phone service and internet service

My phone service and internet are constantly going down. I have complained and complained but the company willnot do anything about it and they will not let me out of my contract. I am really pissed off. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Stay away from them if you need your internet and phone to work consistently. The internet speeds constantly fluctuate. I truly believe this is a terrible company.
