Worst customer service from telwest

Iam one of customer of telwest, i am in hospitality business, our phone in dallas, tx and internet service was out at 3 am, i am a bsent owner, my frontdesk called kelly at 7,00 am she was rude non co-opretive to my staff, i called myself to her and same responce she hangup phone and even was not willing to give her first and last name, this is 11 am and still phone is not working
