AT&T consumer complaint

I am very upset that my Internet service was purposely turned off for 24 hours by the Technician.instead of doing his job and installed Internet service to my neighbor, he decided to take my Internet service and give it to them and cause me to be without service. That is very unprofessional and I should be granted a credit for his ignorance.
