On August 2nd we were informed that our new u-verse internet service would be connected. To-date we still do not have internet service. Basically all that AT&T has said we are sorry, you can have one month of free service, and you still have slow internet... My husband is self-employed and part of his employment is using the internet. He has lost $600 for the down time of the internet that we have had. We have had various techs at our house for over 6 hours and have been on the phone w / AT&T representative's for hours on end.
