Very upset with comcast's type casting

I've had one of the worst years with comcast. I am a native new yorker up rooted to PA. I have been a customer since 2005. When i moved and soon realized, i would grow to almost hate where i live. It is run down and unsavory.
After having a perfect record with comcast prior to moving here they gave me the promotions, courtesy and a grace period of 2 days to pay my bill. As soon as i move to this town. They have typed cast me as the run down fools and drug addicts of the town! It is just absolutely horrible. No promotions. No patience. I called comcast 2 days prior to the pay deadline and asked to the usual 2 days. They not only shut me out. They are now charging me more to have a reconnection. I can't break the contract but they can? Even the fact of me telling them where i am located in town. They become very rigid and rude. They do not value my subscription. They also reset my modems almost every single day. So dismayed. Never have i ever been treated so rudely by any other business than comcast. Would not refer anyone to this service. Comcast has a deal made with the building i live in. No other choice!
