In late June I sold my condo in East Lansing, and tried to return my equipment to their store. I emailed comcast and they told me that I could have my real estate agent return the equipment, I let them know they could pick-up at her office if they wanted prior to July 12th. They have been billing ever since, on at least 3 occasions I have had phone conversations with their reps and even a supervisor who assured me in August that is was all taken care of and that it was resovlved well today I got yet another bill (9/16) and was told I would need to talk to yet another supervisor. I let them know that I would go w/o TV before I would ever use Comcast again. Their service is the worst I have ever had, it took them almost a full year to get my system working and that ended up being what they did best.
